age range - all ages, very suited for really little ones
equipment - limited but in good condition
- slides -  1
- swings -2 swings
2 baby swings


mulch/grass - small gravel around the equipment
fenced/close to street - not fenced but is way off the road,
very close to wooded area
rest rooms - no
water fountain - none seen
shade/benchs - some shade but no benches
                - there is a shelter with picnic tables
                - most of the equipment is in the sun                    
Other  - relatively close to Mesker Zoo
   - kinda hard to find
