age range - all ages, very suited for really little ones
equipment - nice- the biggest little tykes equipment I've ever
seen
- slides - 1
- swings -2 swings
2 baby swings
- play areas under, around and on the rescue truck
mulch/grass - mulch around the equipment
fenced/close to street - not fenced but is way off the road
rest rooms - yes, but maybe only open during ball games
water fountain - none seen
shade/benchs - some shade but no benches or picnic tables,
only bleachers that face away from playground
- most of the equipment is in the sun
Other - there is a skate park near by
- ball diamonds are right there
